01 — Pedagogy

Not a list of tips — a durable understanding

AI tools change every month. Recipes go stale; understanding doesn't. This training builds the mental models behind LLMs — how they work, what they can't do, and how to evaluate them — so your teams keep adapting long after the trainer has left the room.

  • Understand how AI actually works, beyond the hype
  • Choose the right tool and model for each use case
  • Master prompting, verification, and hallucination control
  • Stay autonomous: keep up with AI as it evolves

03 — Follow-up

The training doesn't end when the trainer leaves

Every package includes follow-up: three to four calls in the months after the session to review the AI projects your team has started, unblock them, and challenge the technical choices. Most training stops at the classroom door — this one follows you into production.

04 — The trainer

Geoffrey Scoutheeten

Engineer (École Polytechnique), 14 years in quantitative finance and data science at BNP Paribas, former senior staff engineer at Alma. Co-author of NLP research published at EMNLP on controlling hallucinations in text generation — years before ChatGPT made the word famous. Co-supervised three PhD theses on natural language processing. Today he builds PanPerfect, an AI-powered thermal cooking assistant: he doesn't just talk about AI, he ships it.
